As a chef, pastry chef, cookbook author, restaurateur, teacher, and community builder, she has spent her career creating meaningful experiences through hospitality. From professional kitchens and award-winning cookbooks to culinary classrooms, farmers' markets and it all started cooking in tree planting camps and other northern excursions. Each chapter has been guided by a passion for sharing knowledge, celebrating seasonal ingredients, creating connections around the table and knowing good ingredients matter.
